Grape Seed Extract

Grape seed extract, which is made from the seeds of wine grapes, delivers powerful antioxidants, including proanthocyanidins (sometimes also called procyanidin), a class of polyphenols found in dark blue, purple, and red berries.* Notably, the proanthocyanidins in grape seed extract are chains of catechin molecules, which are alike the polyphenolic compounds found in teas and often referred to as green tea catechins.* Evidence suggests that it may support health in several ways, from promoting skin cell integrity to supporting healthy cellular aging and cardiovascular health.*
