If you're unhappy with your bottle for any reason, contact us and we'll be happy to help you exchange your bottle or return it for a full refund. Already used your bottle before determining it wasn't right for you? Don't worry – a used bottle can be returned. We just ask that you give it a good wash before sending it back. (The team that handles your returned bottle will appreciate it!)

FAQs

Q: Will Blueshift Nutrition cover the cost of return shipping?

A: In the rare case that your bottle has been determined to be defective, we’ll provide a free USPS return label to send back the bottle so that we can review the problem.

Q: How long will it take for my return to be processed?

A: All returns will be sent to our processing center in Massachusetts. Depending on where you’re located and how your return is shipped, it can take one to seven business days for your return to reach us. Your return will take one to two business days to be processed once it reaches us, at which a refund may be issued.

Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?

A: Once a refund has been issued, it may take up to seven business days to post with your bank or credit card company.
