What is Blueshift Nutrition?
We started Blueshift because we knew there had to be a better way to take your supplements than choking down a handful of pills. So we created the world's first Hydro-Nutrient System that flows with your day, all day. With delicious whole-food ingredients blended into every sip and personal plans to help you reach your personal best, our goal is to make your vitamins a craveable moment for a healthier, more hydrated you. How do I get started?
Great question. If you already know what formulations you want and/or need, click here to shop all of our blends. If you aren't sure, take our quiz to get a plan based on your personal needs and goals.

If I take the quiz, does my subscription have to follow my plan?
You are welcome to subscribe to any products you choose! You can configure your Blueprint before adding it to your cart, and even make some changes in your cart before you've checked out. To add products to an existing subscription, log in and visit the page of the product you'd like to add. To remove products from an existing subscription, visit the My Subscriptions page. 

How does pricing work?
All of our formulations come in packs of 28, 14, 8, or 4 pods. Pricing is based on the formulation and pack size. To save 10% on any formulation in any pack size, subscribe to receive your pods automatically every 28 days. If you subscribe, your payment method will be charged on the day of shipment each month. You can edit or cancel your subscription any time before it's been charged (we'll be sure to send you a reminder email a few days before this).

Can I order one month at time?
Absolutely. Just select "One-Time" before adding a blend to your cart. Try it and, if you like it, come back to us. You can save 10% with our Subscribe & Save program. But the most important thing is that you are always in control.

Do I need an account to sign up?
You are welcome to check out as a guest, but to view your order history or manage your subscription, you will need to create an account with a password. Don't worry, it's quick and easy.

How do I contact customer service?

I have specific questions about my Blueprint recommendations. Can I talk to a nutritionist?
We are happy to review questions about the products in your recommendation but unfortunately, we do not offer 1-on-1 consultations with a nutritionist.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, sales tax is calculated and charged based on the state and local laws of where your order is being shipped (as if the products were purchased from a store in your area).

Orders & Subscriptions

When will I be charged?
When you place a new order with us, you will be charged right away. 

Ongoing subscription orders will be charged on their ship date (don't worry, we'll send you a reminder email a few days before this).

Can I cancel or change my order?
Our fulfillment center process orders quickly so once your order is placed, changes cannot usually be made. For assistance, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

What is the status of my order?
If you have an account with us, simply log in and click on My Orders. Select the order you want, and this is where you will be able to find all the details for your order.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with tracking information. If you have an account with us, you can also find this information on our website. Simply log in and click on My Orders. Select the order you want, and this is where you will be able to find all the details for your order.

Can I make changes to my subscription?
Absolutely! You are welcome to add or remove products from your subscription at any time. You can also change your ship date, and even skip an order if you need to. Simply visit your subscriptions management page, or contact us. And know that we will always send you a reminder email before each subscription order ships.

Can I restart an old subscription?
If you start a subscription with us and cancel, in order to restart you will need to add your products to your cart and checkout again. Of course, you can also contact us for help!

Shipping

How fast will my order ship?
Orders placed during the week before noon EST will process and ship the same day. All other orders will ship the next business day.

How long does it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped from Massachusetts and transit time will vary depending on your delivery location. With ground shipping, most orders will arrive within 2-6 business days.

What shipping methods do you offer and what do they cost?

All orders will be delivered by UPS Surepost (using the US Postal Service for the final stages of delivery)

We offer the following rates for the continental United States:

  • Ground shipping is FREE for all orders over $75
  • Ground shipping is $9 for all orders under $75

The following rates apply to orders shipped to AK and HI:

  • Ground shipping is $20 for all orders under $75

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses. We currently only ship to physical street addresses within the United States.

What is your return policy? Do you have a guarantee? 
We want you to love your Blueshift bottle and formulations as much as we do. That's why our pods and wellness bottle carry a 100% Happiness Guarantee  - any time, any reason. You can find all of the details related to our return policy & guarantee here.

What is the status of my refund?

How do I delete my information?

Blueshift Formulations & Pods

Can I use your pods without a Wellness Bottle?
Yes. The Wellness Bottle will provide the optimal experience for a smooth, blended drink. However, we know it's not always convenient to have on hand. You can peel off the top of any pod, disperse into water, mix well, and enjoy.

Where can I find ingredient and nutritional information for each of your formulations?
Each product details page contains a full list of active ingredients and a link to a complete supplement fact panel (just click the "Nutrition Info" button for the fact panel).

Do your formulations expire?
When you receive your Blueshift Nutrition order, you will find an expiration date on each box of pods.

Do you use organic & natural ingredients?
We use organic & natural ingredients as often as we can. Clicking "Nutrition Info" on each product details page will bring up a complete supplement fact panel, where it's indicated whether ingredients are organic and/or natural.

Are your formulations vegan and/or vegetarian?
At Blueshift, we believe in unique needs and goals, which is why we created formulations for a variety of diets. Each formulation's product details page will indicate if it is vegan or vegetarian. You can also view all of our vegan and vegetarian blends using the "Diet" filter here.

Are your blends keto-friendly?
Most of our formulas have 5 grams or less of total carbohydrates (this information can be found on each formulation's product details page).

Are your formulations plant-based?
We believe in the power of plants and take a plant-based approach to formulating whenever possible. For some formulas (e.g. Omegas), we believe the best approach includes animal-derived ingredients. You can find the total number of plant-based ingredients for a formulation, as well as a full list of ingredients, on every product details page.

What sweetener do you use for your blends?
Our formulations are sweetened with natural, zero-calorie sweeteners, consisting of stevia leaf extract and luo han guo fruit (aka monk fruit).

How many blends do you recommend?
Everyone is different. Take our quick and easy quiz to get a plan based on your personal needs and goals.

Can I use your formulations while pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend speaking with your health professional before using our formulations.

I am on another medication, can I still take your formulations?
Please consult with your healthcare provider for advice.

How do you source the ingredients for your blends?

  • Using Proven Ingredients — We strive to use the most bioavailable forms of all ingredients, so that your body can absorb and utilize them faster and easier. We use evidence-based dosing so that you get the benefits without paying for more than you need. And we partner with reputable companies to use clinically tested ingredients that are proven to deliver results.
  • Opting for Organics — Organic plants are healthier for you and for the soil they're grown in (4-5).* That's why we choose organic ingredients wherever possible.
  • Keeping it Natural — We believe in the power of plants, which is why we complement our active ingredients with whole food sources. It's also why we opt for natural flavoring and never use artificial sweeteners.

Do you follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)?
Yes, all of our formulations are produced using GMP.

How are your formulations tested?
We test all of our raw materials for purity, identity, heavy metals, pesticides, microbial and food safety. We also employ strategic testing procedures to ensure our inclusion levels match our labels, so you know you're getting what you paid for. Lastly, we test every formula we produce to ensure it's microbiologically safe for you.

How are your whole food ingredients made into powder?
Unlike traditional drying methods, our fruit and vegetable powders are made with a patented drying process that helps retain the valuable properties of these ingredients. Other drying processes use harsh conditions, like intense heat and vacuum pressure, that can damage fragile nutrient and color compounds.

The gentler drying method used for our powders utilizes targeted wavelengths of infrared light to remove moisture, retaining the delicate, beneficial compounds in these foods, without the need for fillers or carriers.

This process extends freshness while keeping our products as close to nature as possible, allowing them to retain the wholesome nutrition and vibrant color of fresh food.* The drying processes used for our ingredients also ensure the product is food safe, and includes testing for heavy metals and pesticides.*

How are your Pods sustainable?
The most effective way to reduce waste is to create less of it in the first place. We're proud that each of our pods uses less than half the plastic in just the caps of the water and beverage bottles we seek to replace.

Can I use my Blueshift Wellness Bottle for both cold and hot beverages?
Yes. The construction of the mixer cup will help keep cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot. However, hot drinks and blenders can present an obvious danger of splashing, and you should never use boiling water. If you choose to make a hot drink, make sure not to overfill your mixer cup and that the dispenser head is on tight!

Can I put carbonated water in my Blueshift Wellness Bottle?
We recommend mixing our drinks with still water (carbonation can affect the flavor).

Can I use alkaline water in my Blueshift Wellness Bottle?
Yes. The 304 stainless steel of the mixer cup is one of the safest surfaces for alkaline water.

Can I put beverages other than water in my Blueshift Wellness Bottle?
Absolutely. If you would like to track your total daily hydration, we recommend that you drink all beverages from our bottle. This will allow our app to track your hydration completely.

Can I leave my Blueshift Wellness Bottle in the car?
Yes; however, if your bottle is left in a very hot car or car trunk, let your Power Puck come to room temperature before operating (and we do not recommend leaving your Blueshift Wellness Bottle in the car for extended periods of time in extreme temperatures). 

Will my bottle leak if I throw it into my gym bag?
If the drink stopper is in place, there should be no leaks; however, it is possible that shifting items in you bag push the stopper open, which could result in a wet gym bag.

Is the Blueshift Wellness Bottle BPA free?
Yes, our bottle is BPA free!

Has Blueshift Wellness Bottle been tested?
The bottle has been tested in many ways:

  • It is certified for UL 982 - a specification for blender safety.
  • The battery is certified for UL1648 and EN703351 - so the battery is safe to use in extreme circumstances (just don't burn it or cut into it).
  • The materials are all FDA/NSF 61 certified - this means the FDA is okay with drinking hot water off of these materials (and even more strictly, the entire drink path is 304 stainless steel).

Is your bottle suitable for small children?
Our bottle contains small parts and a blender, which can present a choking hazard, and is not intended for small children.

Is the Blueshift Wellness Bottle refrigerator/microwave/dishwasher safe?
Our bottle can go in the refrigerator, and all parts except the Power Puck can go in the dishwasher (the Power Puck contains the battery and therefore cannot be submerged in water). If you machine wash your bottle, most dishwashers recommend keeping plastic parts on the top shelf away from heating elements, and this is true for the parts of our bottle containing plastic (the Pod Shifter and Dispenser Head). Please never put any part of our bottle in the microwave though!

How does the app work?

Do I have to download the Blueshift Wellness Bottle App?
No, you do not have to download our app if you don't want to. Our app is a supporting tool for your wellness routine with Blueshift Nutrition. The app can track your water intake and remind you to drink (so important for feeling your best!).

Where can I download the Blueshift Wellness Bottle App?
Please visit the Apple App Store or Google Play store and search by typing in "Blueshift Wellness Bottle".

Do I need an account to use the Blueshift Wellness Bottle App?
No, you do not need an account; however, certain features of the app are best experienced when you've created an account and are logged in.

How do I connect my Blueshift Wellness Bottle to the app?
Once you've downloaded the app, you can choose whether or not to log into your account if you have one, and to connect your bottle, click on the bottle image in the upper right hand corner and then tap the "Connect my bottle" button.

How do I stop receiving push notifications?
In the app, click on the menu icon in the upper left hand corner and click on Actions & Gestures. Here you will find a "Silence Phone Notifications" toggle (when the toggle is gray, you've successfully turned off push notifications).

Can the app help me locate my bottle?
For an optimal Blueshift experience, keep your bottle connected to your app at all times. This will allow you to locate your bottle should it go missing. To connect your bottle, simply open the app, click on the bottle image in the upper right hand corner and then tap the "Connect my bottle" button.

Once connected, click on "Find My Bottle" and tap the "Signal Again" button. The Light Ring on your bottle will go off and you will also see a map with an address that shows your bottle's location. If your bottle is no longer connected to the app, including if the bottle battery died and/or the Power Puck has been disconnected from the bottle, the location will be the last place your bottle had power and/or was connected to the Power Puck.

Can I view and manage my Blueshift subscription through the app?
You will be able to access our website through the app where you can log into your account and manage your subscription. Just click the shopping cart icon at the bottom of the app home screen, click on the top left hand corner, and then tap on Account Login.

What are Blueshift Wellness Bottle Updates and how will I know about them?
Our bottle gets smarter with time, thanks to our ability to update the firmware through the app. In the future, we may add more features to your bottle to increase its ability to make it fun and easy to stay healthy and hydrated. Every so often, open the main menu of the app and click "Check for Updates" to see what's new.

How does my Blueshift Wellness Bottle & App help me stay hydrated?
We have a tiny scale inside our Wellness Bottle. Every time you take a sip and place the Wellness Bottle on a flat surface it automatically calculates how much of the beverage has been consumed. If you haven't drank from your Bottle in 30 minutes, a quick blue pulse will repeat every 2 minutes until you lift the Bottle to drink your beverage. You can turn off and modify the frequency of your Drink Reminders in our app.

Our convenient (and free!) app calculates your daily hydration goal based on the information you provide us. You can also calculate your own hydration goal using an online water calculator and modify your goal within our app.

Our app will send you notifications to remind you to drink water and it will track your hydration progress on the main screen. If you get together with friends and family and you happen to not have your Bottle with you, you can always record any additional drinks in our app afterwards.
